Key Worker Counselling

I have experience of working with clients aged 7 to 70+, having worked in schools, a university and for a charity supporting carers. I also bring a wealth of knowledge and skills from my previous career working with children and young people.
I believe every person has the ability to thrive given the right conditions; as a counsellor I am passionate about supporting clients in finding strategies to create those conditions. A reflective and flexible practitioner, I try to adapt my approach in response to my client's needs; therefore I may introduce techniques such as CBT, Gestalt, sand tray and mindfulness.
I believe the therapeutic relationship is key to successful therapy and the first steps on any counselling journey are very important. Therefore, I offer a discounted introductory session for you to find out more about me and how I work. If you don't feel I am the right person for you, I can signpost you to other counsellors who may be a better fit.
Please don't hesitate to get in touch if you wish to know more.
