I am a qualified psychotherapist and an accredited member of the National Counselling Society. I offer a safe/secure space to talk. My approach is integrative. I counsel adults and young people referred by GPs, family and childrens support agencies covering a range of issues including- childhood abuse survivors, relationship issues, depression anxiety, substance abuse, low-self esteem and related matters. I provide counselling to those experiencing matrimonial difficulties, domestic violence, separation and divorce. I provide a counselling service as a volunteer in two communities and have extensive experience in diverse cultural issues. I offer sessions 1:1, phone and video link. My charges start from £25 per session
