I am an Integrative Counsellor, Hypnotherapist and NLP Practitioner. This means that I am able to offer you the space to talk, share and process what is troubling you in an environment where you will feel accepted and understood but also suggest interventions which may help you feel happier, calmer and more contented.
I will aim to work with you in a warm, non-judgemental way, which brings about lasting change. I have extensive experience in working with clients who are dealing with the confusion, overwhelm and intensity of bereavement and loss. This might be the emotions stemming from a recent bereavement or it could be that you have come to realise that your feelings have become stuck, after a relationship break up or the death of a loved one, many years ago.
Whatever the cause, we all need to feel understood and accepted to help us make sense of what has happened so that we can let go of unhelpful emotions, like guilt, and start to rebuild our lives and feel better.
I also have extensive experience in working with young people who are feeling overwhelmed by the education system, lost and depressed after finishing university, in danger of failing exams due to stress or anxiety or who are struggling to come to terms with the aftermath of being bullied.
