Emotional distress , stress and mental health issues can affect anybody. Seeking professional help can allow you to make sense of your life and move forward. There does not have to be a crisis, therapy can benefit all to become more self aware and focus on your self care.
I have extensive experience working with clients referred from NHS Healthy Minds Service and the YMCA.I have worked in secondary schools and particularly with young people with anxiety and school refusers. I have worked with a wide range of issues. I specialise in Burnout, Disabilities, Carers and Clients with autism and ADHD.
