Hi there, thank you for clicking on my profile.

I offer compassionate, empathic, client-led counselling in a safe, caring and confidential space.
I’m a firm believer that we each have the inner ability to heal what maybe emotionally ailing us, so offer a space where you will be respectfully listened to without judgment and truly heard.

You do not need to be in crisis to benefit from 121 counselling, you may be looking for additional support as you manage or adjust to a change of circumstance or process life’s decisions, as exploring and considering options with another can often help.

Equally you may have experienced a traumatic or overwhelming event that has left you anxious, worried and confused, perhaps with a sense of loss, exhaustion or feeling like you are living on the edge of your nerves.
All of these feelings and emotions are very real, but sadly could have worked to undermine your sense of worth, your self esteem, your feelings of safety and general well-being.

As an integrative counsellor I draw on a range of different theoretical approaches. For you, as the client, this means that any counselling we embark upon will be tailored to suit you as an individual and based on what you feel are your needs right now.

The counselling relationship is a chance for exploration, a source of support as you work through particular events and issues. Therapy aims to leave you feeling more resourced and enabled, help you to begin living life more genuinely and true to yourself.

I am not here to give you the answers, as you will discover those yourself, I am here to facilitate, enable and support you.

The most important thing to know is that YOU ARE NOT ALONE, we will make this journey together.

A journey begins with a single step.............
