Are you experiencing a life limiting illness and find that no one wants to talk about it? Do you see fear in people’s eyes when you try to tell them how you feel, and so feel alone with the things you want to say. Or, you don’t want to talk to family to protect them but in doing so, you are struggling?

Maybe you’re caring for someone with a terminal illness and getting through the day because you have to, but are buckling under the weight of caring responsibilities and what’s to come. You tell everyone you’re ok, because your loved one needs you to be, but are silently screaming inside..

Or are you facing life without a loved one? Hiding your grief so others don’t feel uncomfortable, trying as best as you can to carry on as normal, but knowing nothing in your world will ever be normal again. Desperate for someone to see your grief but also scared that they will. Moving through your world more slowly than before because you carry such a heavy weight. Or moving too quickly because if you stop your grief will catch up with you, and if you start to cry, you fear you’ll never stop….

My own experiences of caring for terminally ill family members and the grief that followed, led me to my passion to work with you as you find yourself in situations you never imagined and feeling emotions that are overwhelming.
This insight enables me to offer you a quiet, private place where you can shut out what’s going on around you, tell your story as many times as you need to have it heard, and to make sense of it. Where your grief can be seen without judgement or expectations of you, so you can express what you really feel and think. Where you can explore your reactions, and emotions and understand them to cope with this new life you find yourself in.

If you’re in need of a place away from everyone and everything, where you are free to say the things you’re keeping inside, call or email to ask any questions you may have about working with me to get the support you’re looking for …
