As we know life is rarely straightforward and there can be times when a person may be feeling stuck or not where they want to be. As a counsellor my aim is to offer the time and space to find a way through whatever challenges or transitions a person may be facing.

If you have unanswered questions, looking to find a way instigate change or feelings that you can’t explain it might be the right time to explore counselling.

My multi-faceted background with over 30 years in the fitness, health and education sectors has given me both the privilege of working with a variety of people and contributed a valuable insight into the importance of an individual’s mental and physical wellbeing.

Self-care is integral to my counselling sessions and I offer a holistic approach to promote a person’s wellbeing.

If you would like to know more about my counselling sessions I would love to hear from you.

I work with a broad range of presenting issues and I can offer a face to face, online and telephone service.

Please ask about my fees if you are a student, NHS or key worker wishing to find a concessionary rate.
