I am an integrative person-centred counsellor and I practice both voluntarily and privately with clients.

My background is within health, wellbeing and education which has offered me a deep rooted love of working with people. As a personal fitness trainer and educator I have been inspired by the wide range of individuals and groups that I have worked with to achieve their goals, dreams and aspirations. Drawing on over twenty five years of experience I decided become a counsellor to continue to support individuals with their presenting needs.

If you would like to contact me regarding counselling sessions within my private practice I would love to hear from you.

The charity I volunteer for is called Knowle West Health Association which offers a free counselling service for 'as long as the client needs'. The service is operated on a waiting list basis so please contact me for more details.

I work with a broad range of presenting issues and I can currently offer online, telephone and a text message service. Please ask about my fees if you are an NHS, student or key worker wishing to find a concessionary rate.
