I am a qualified therapist, specialising in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy. Since qualifying and obtaining my degree, I have continued to progress my training in relevant areas to keep me up to date and fresh. My main areas that I work with are LGBT+ Issues; however as you can see from the areas covered section of my profile I can work with other areas.
I like to keep therapy informal so offer session that are scheduled around you; and at a cost that is affordable. I believe that therapy is a necessity not a luxury and my fee rates reflect this.
