PRESSURE POINTS: You may be experiencing one or more of the following in your life: Stress, Anxiety, Depression, Relationship Challenges, Self-Esteem, Self-Harm, Abuse, Sexual Abuse, Gender Concerns, Addiction, PTSD, Phobias, Bullying, Bereavement, Loss, Anger Management, Motivational issues. BPD/SPD, Bipolar presentations, suicidal ideation.
APPROACH: Multi-model, integrative therapy options, tailored to the individual and embracing Person Centred, Psychodynamic, Jungian, Freudian, Rogerian, CBT, Transactional Analysis, Gestalt modalities and influences. Monthly private Supervision.
Voluntary work with MIND two evenings per week in a clinical setting as part of the Richmond Borough Psychotherapy & Counselling team.
We offer one-to-one psychotherapy and counselling programmes - including up to 20 sessions and on a long-term open-ended basis, giving people the opportunity to work with a therapist in a clinical setting. Highest level of professionalism, ethics, confidentiality, weekly peer supervision. BACP framework.
At present we offer the following styles of therapy: psychodynamic, integrative, person-centred, existential and cognitive behavioural, along with sign-posting to other MIND/external mental health services for support as required.
