I work in Lisburn and the Greater Belfast area. I offer both short term and long term counselling/therapy. I am specialised in working with people who present with trauma related issues (including developmental trauma, shock trauma, and complex trauma). As the founder of Somatic Experiencing Peter Levine (PHD) states that "Trauma is a fact of life. It does not, however, have to be a life sentence." I also work with people who may have relationship difficulties, bereavement, emotional difficulties (anxiety, anger, and low mood), depression, low self-esteem, addiction, and so on.
