Key Worker CounsellingMates in Mind

As an accredited counsellor, I am here for you. Together we explore your concerns, recognise patterns of behaviour and discover why they control your beliefs and life. We will resolve those ongoing issues. I have supported individuals, families and couples with an arrange of problems, the most common ones are anxiety, trust, lack of confidence, communication difficulties in relationships and for some Intrusive thoughts and overwhelming depressive moods.
As an established counsellor with extensive experience, within this time, I have successfully empowered children, young people, adults, families and couples overcome their personal barriers to succeed. Check the reviews on my website.
I believe counselling is an empowering journey we take together exploring and resolving the difficulties that are emotionally and mentally holding you back, which at times create excessive anxiety and stress. I guide you to gain a better understanding of yourself, recognise how your behaviour impacts on you, we create positive changes which enable you to make healthier lifestyle permanent choices and live life to its full potential.
Initially we would arrange a call to establish areas to be addressed, define how we would work together, we would clarify confidentiality and any concerns you may have about the counselling process. This is when our connection starts.
I am qualified as a Humanistic counsellor which means I work effectively with a combination approach, this ensures we build a plan that meets your personality, needs and circumstances.
Look forward to hearing from you!
