My previous work history has been in Management for Women's Aid supporting women and children, suffering from depression, stress and anxiety, physical and mental abuse, lack of self-confidence and self-esteem. I am currently working for a Charitable Organisation supporting the elderly who are isolated, making a difference to peoples lives.

As an Integrative Counsellor using a Person-Centred, Psychodynamic, and Cognitive approaches, we can work through any issues which is suitable for your individual needs.
