As a fully qualified and registered Person Centred Counsellor based in St Helens (WA9) in addition I am also a fully qualified, experienced Paramedic who specialises in counselling emergency services personnel. I offer the gift of space to help empower you and support you on your journey of self awareness and well being to help facilitate you to make positive changes.
I consider it an honour and privilege to help people both physically and emotionally. I work and have worked alongside many people who I have provided the gift of space for them to undergo personal growth and a healthier mindset.
Sometimes we can all feel “stuck” during difficult periods of our lives and the reasons can vary and by providing clients with a platform to talk this allows us to explore the reasons why.
During our sessions together I will help empower you to accept things you cannot change and harness the areas you can helping you move forward with a clearer state of being.
Together we will explore and uncover any issues that may be holding you back, together we will draw on your strengths, abilities and ideas to help create positive change to facilitate your full potential and best version of yourself.
The gift of space I provide will encompass a feeling of safety by ensuring confidentiality in a non judgmental and empathic comfortable environment.
