Every person needs support at some time in their life. I work with clients to encourage them to learn the skills and insight to enable them to move forward. I am currently working face to face, online and over the phone

I work in a safe confidential way. It can be really tough reaching out for support and takes a lot of courage to ask for help. I work with clients at their own pace and can offer short or long term work dependeding on what you feel you need.

I have a interest in working with those affected by difficult relationships including abuse. I work with a range of issues such depression, anxiety, self esteem and clients who are feeling stuck in their lives & want to gain more self awareness.
