As a trained and accredited Counsellor and Psychotherapist, I work with most mental well-being issues from several theoretical modalities and individualise therapy to meet your individualised psychological well-being needs. I set no expectations, nor do I hold any judgement on your life. I welcome you into therapy as an equal and do not believe in holding the power imbalance of the therapeutic relationship but will often view you as the expert of your own life and experiencing. I offer a confidential and safe space to work our way through any issues that you may be facing. This can develop deeper awareness and help you to process emotions. This new clarity and understanding can help you develop new meanings and provide you with solutions to help develop positive mental well-being. Throughout this therapeutic process, emotional and cognitive experiences can shift to provide positive outcomes and help you feel transformed. I look forward to walking alongside your journey to self-discovery.
