I have a background in Women's Domestic Abuse services and Mental Health services and have particular experience working with anxiety, panic attacks, depression, addictions, self-esteem issues and helping people to overcome life's difficulties and support personal growth.

I have further training in Meditation Teaching, EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), and Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy.

I offer online counselling sessions at £50/50mins or alternatively they can be booked in blocks of 6 sessions for £250. I also offer an initial 30min free telephone assessment session.
All sessions are conducted online via secure video platform.
