My aim as your counsellor is to provide a warm, confidential space for you to explore what you are experiencing. I work collaboratively with you at your pace, with compassion and acceptance, in your context, with past, present or future concerns.
People have counselling for many reasons, such as experiencing anxiety or depression, bereavement, stress, loss and changes in relationships or wanting to feel different about life as a whole. I work with you as an individual and provide a confidential and non-judgemental therapy space to support you make your own choices, find solutions or have your voice heard.
How can counselling help me? I provide you with a place to talk freely with focus on you. I aim to build a relationship where you will be heard, accepted and respected, to help you make the changes you want in life. I believe that therapy, and life, is about pacing: sometimes we move fast, other times we need to slow down and sometimes we need to press pause on what is happening around us. I will explore with you living your life at the pace which feels right for you.
