I work using an integrative approach which means I work with you as an individual using a range of approaches tailored to your needs. As your counsellor I will listen closely to you and pick up on your feelings, thoughts and emotions in order to see the world from your perspective and offer insights that will help us both explore the issue(s) you want to work through.
My private practice based in Deeping St Nicholas is within easy reach of Peterborough, Spalding, Stamford, Bourne and The Deepings with a FREE parking area. I offer in person or online sessions to suit your needs best.
