I offer both short and long term therapy which depends on the needs that you may have. I offer a safe therapeutic space which will enable you to work towards personal goals, as well as providing an opportunity to explore your thoughts and feelings without judgements.
There are times in life when our feelings can be challenging to process. Perhaps you have recently experienced a difficult life event and need to speak to someone about it. Together we work together to explore your feelings, and try to make sense of what you are experiencing.
Psychotherapy and counselling does not seek to provide you with advice, but rather to help you look at things in a different way. I believe that you hold all of the answers that you need, but when our vision gets clouded, we may need help to recognise this.​
