Sometimes it can all feel too much and all you need is bit of ‘me’ time and a safe space to process the difficulties, challenges and emotional upheavals that you are experiencing.
I believe that you already have all the resources you need to find answers to your difficulties - they are just hidden or untapped. By offering a non judgemental, confidential and compassionate space, I can help you to uncover those resources, build up your resilience and support you in finding your own solutions so you can live a life that feels more authentic to you.
It can be a daunting journey so it's important you feel safe and comfortable with your choice of counsellor. I offer a free 15 minute telephone or zoom chat so we can get to know each other and discuss your reasons for coming to therapy. If you decide we are a good fit and you'd like to begin counselling with me, we can arrange a suitable time and day.
I offer both short or long term therapy, face to face, online or via telephone with all those over the age of 16.
