Hello- I’m Ina -a qualified and accredited integrative therapeutic counsellor with experience of working with children, young people and adults.

I offer counselling to individuals in Purley and the surrounding areas – as well as online counselling via Zoom or telephone.

All face to face sessions are “walk and talk” sessions-happening outdoors, on previously agreed walks/routes.
I am a Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional-I specialise in working with anxiety-providing support through a mixture of neuroscience,grounding techniques and psychoeducation.
