Hello, and thanks for taking the time to have a look at my profile!
Many people believe that you need to be in crisis or at breaking point to benefit from therapy, but this is absolutely not the case. Therapy provides a great opportunity to address whatever is going on for you before it has a chance to spiral into a crisis. Perhaps the stress and uncertainty around the Covid-19 pandemic is taking its toll on your mental health and relationships? Maybe you’re feeling lost and find it difficult to focus on anything? Or you might just be feeling stuck and unsure where to go in life.
I’m offering sessions online in order to continue supporting people like you from wherever you are at a time that is convenient for both of us. My core training is in integrative and transactional analysis, which means that I use techniques from several different types of therapy that I think are most suitable for you.
If you’d like to make positive changes, I can help. You don’t have to face challenges alone, and asking for help when you’re struggling isn’t weak. If you think that I might be the therapist for you, please feel free to get in touch and let's see if we can work together.
