Thank you for taking a moment to read my page.
My adult and young people clients tell me that they like working with me because I am real, transparent, thoughtful, and I care.
Taking time in counselling to explore our life experiences is incredibly valuable. It can help us to make sense of our world, our relationships and ourselves. As everybody and every relationship is unique, I focus on providing you with a bespoke service so that you can feel seen and heard. The best way to describe how I work is to consider a jigsaw puzzle without the picture and we work with each other to put the pieces together.
Although I mostly work in talking therapy frameworks, there are opportunities to work creatively. In our first meeting, we will explore your hopes for counselling to begin the process of working, purposefully, towards your goals.
