Corsham based counsellor offering face to face and online live sessions, to support you get to a better place of wellbeing. I am happy to support clients in other areas, through live video sessions.

Each client is unique. I use a creative humanistic approach to support clients in exploring their feelings and identifying issues that are weighing them down, with the client leading the content of the sessions. By exploring different parts of self, the aim is to get to a better understanding of identity and re-connect with positive areas which have become hidden or lost, as well as giving the opportunity to find new strengths which further contribute to the feeling of the true self, as a whole.

In the sessions, I offer a safe and trusting space where clients can feel able to release emotional blocks, caused by trauma. Breaking down patterns of behaviour which are inhibiting progress is also an important factor in improving emotional and physical wellbeing and transformation.

I have gained experience from a broad range of client issues, including generalised anxiety, depression, terminal illness, end of life, palliative care, disability, self-harm, bipolar, borderline personality disorder, suicidal ideation, bereavement, confidence issues, panic attacks, anger issues and low self-esteem. I am happy to support with modern day life situations and conditions.
