I am an experienced counsellor, trainer and supervisor. In addition to my private practice I work for Relate as a relationship counsellor, family therapist and helping individuals cope with anxiety and the impact of illness on the individual and those who care for them.
Exploration of difficult issues can be overwhelming Together we can explore them in a non-judgemental way and facilitate change through encouragement and self awareness. I assist individuals in making sense of confusing or overwhelming emotions, help them to develop resources to cope, gain a deeper understanding of self and how they relate to others.
I have a counselling room in Penn, Wolverhampton where I offer a safe, confidential and supportive environment to help you make sense of what is happening in your life. I also offer appointments on Zoom. If life feels difficult or if you feel overwhelmed please contact me for help.
