Hady is an integrative therapist based in London, specialising in dynamic goal-oriented intercultural therapy. He works in private practice helping clients from diverse backgrounds make radical, holistic change; transforming their struggles into resiliency and real world prosperity.

Clients describe Hady as calming, supportive, and optimistic. They share that he helps them feel at ease, allowing them to let their guard down and access what’s really going on. This enables clients to engage in the type of rich conversation that brings about meaningful and lasting change.

His practice embraces these principles:

- Therapists and counsellors should be qualified and trained to a high standard in order to provide sound emotional and mental support.

- Meaningful change is actually much closer than most people think.

- There’s nothing out there that says you have to stay miserable, confused, stuck or insecure.

- It is possible to feel safe and confident in personal and professional relationships.

- Life is full of struggles and there are more people out there feeling silently ashamed than we think; not
talking about it is just hiding the truth of it all.

- Any type of support or facilitation should incorporate an intercultural approach and be mindful of the diverse realities that clients bring with them.

- A holistic lifestyle not only creates balance but is key to getting us out of our heads and out of our own way.

- We can find peace through building resilience.
