My approach in treatment is usually hybrid blend of Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), and the person centred and integrative treatment approaches are used depending on your unique needs. I show empathy and respect, sensitivity, and compassion irrespective of culture, religion, gender, race, language or sexual orientation. I am a great listener and am easy to talk to.
My treatment plan will focus on your unique and specific needs. Try take the first brave step to overcome your struggle and get your life back and lets head towards a more healthier and happier life. This takes courage but my good experience, easy to talk to reputation, empathy and listening skills will quickly help support you in your struggles.
