I am an Eating Disorder Specialist working online from my practice in the Orkney Islands, Scotland, offering support to those struggling in their relationship with food and their body. Disordered Eating develops over time in response to our distress. However, what starts out as an effective coping strategy can become overwhelming and life limiting.

Everyone's relationship with food and their body is unique and I believe the solution is too. I offer a recovery programme based on my varied training and experience that is tailored to suit individual need. Recovery is challenging, but living with Disordered Eating and Body Image Distress is significantly more difficult.

Break free from distressing, unhealthy and life limiting behaviours and improve your relationship with food, your body and yourself. Take the first step towards recovery and request your free Assessment Pack today at www.celiaclarkcounselling.co.uk.

I very much look forward to hearing from you.
