In an ideal world, we would have someone to talk to within our family or support network, but sometimes we don't feel that we can because we don't want to hurt their feelings or face their reactions. Counselling fills this gap and is a way to express how you really think and feel in a respectful, warm, safe and non-judgemental environment, with someone who is not emotionally involved.
I welcome clients 18(+), from various backgrounds with a plethora of issues, including anxiety, bereavement and loss, depression, health related issues, low self esteem, relationship issues, stress, trauma and many more.
My commitment to you involves offering you a safe, warm, empathic, non-judgemental, impartial and confidential environment; helping you try and make sense of why you feel the way that you do and developing different options.
