I have developed a system that takes you on a journey of self discovery, healing old wounds and traumas, clearing away old habitual thinking and limiting beliefs. I guide you through a discovery of key components of yourself, teaching you various tools and techniques that help bring those components into alignment so you can feel more authentically you, more in control of who you are and how you live your life, more confident and happier in your self, with more clarity about how to navigate your way going forward through life's ups and downs.
Having started my career as a Reiki and Karuna Healer in the late 1990's, I understand energy and how we store emotions in the body. Although I no longer practice Reiki or Karuna I learned over the years how to read peoples energy without needing to place my hands near your body. This enables me within my counselling practice to give you additional insight into where you are stuck, identify limiting beliefs and behaviours, help you separate what's yours and what you may have unwittingly been carrying or lumbered with from someone else, help create awareness of and clear unresolved issues and release emotional trauma from your body that is sabotaging or or holding you back. I can also tap into energetic connections with loved one (even those now deceased) and ultimately help you remember who you truly are.
