I am an accredited integrative Therapeutic Counsellor based in West Berkshire, I am currently offering remote counselling sessions on behalf of several organisations. I draw upon various therapeutic approaches to provide a safe, confidential space to explore whatever has brought you to counselling. I value flexible, holistic and trauma-informed approaches.

I currently offer remote counselling sessions for Browns Community Services (Domestic Abuse and Exploitation Service), Randstad Student Support Counselling and UPRAWR Mental Health Foundation.

Browns Community Services counselling is available for adults in the Thames Valley who have experienced any form of domestic abuse or exploitation. To request a professional or self-referral form, please contact dacounselling@brownscs.co.uk.
