I've lived in North Yorkshire for the last 15 years and have been working in the helping field for over 20 years including drug and alcohol services, children and family sector and education.
Following my training in person centred and integrative counselling I worked face to face for a number of years until I transitioned to working online provide both counselling, and more recently supporting counsellors and students with clinical supervision.
At the very core of my practice is connection, without connection and fostering a therapeutic relationship I don't feel that change can easily take place. It is important to me that clients and supervisees feel that they can be safe when in the virtual room.
