I am a qualified and experienced NCS Accredited Humanistic Counsellor, based just outside Chichester in West Sussex. Using a range of therapeutic techniques, I work with adults (over 16) on a short and a long term basis, according to need. Sessions can be held in person in my comfortable and welcoming private counselling room, or online via Zoom. Alternatively I can offer counselling for some clients in their own homes.
Please note that at present, all sessions are via Zoom due to Covid restrictions.
Whether you are experiencing difficult life events such as divorce, bereavement, family difficulties or work issues; struggling to maintain a sense of purpose, calmness or wellbeing; or feeling that your life is less fulfilling than it could be, counselling can help.
I offer a safe, supportive environment in which to explore your feelings and find a way forward that is uniquely yours.
In addition to my private practice, I work for The Bereavement Counselling Charity as a volunteer, supporting people through grief and loss.
I am fully insured, hold a current Enhanced DBS Disclosure, and am registered with the Information Commissioners Office. I work in line with the NCS Code of Ethics.
