I am a senior accredited psychotherapist/counsellor with over 11 years experience including both in the NHS and private practice, as well as the Honorary Secretary for the London-based Southern Association For Psychotherapy and Counselling (SAFPAC). I am also a member of the UK Balint Society and have continued my training and development with SAFPAC, the Society of Analytical Psychology (SAP), London and the CG Jung Institute of Los Angeles, California, United States. Originally, I trained as a prehospital care ambulance and helicopter air ambulance flight paramedic and hold over 19 years clinical experience.
I offer psychotherapy from one to three times a week depending on your individual need and personal circumstances. Sessions last for 50 minutes and I offer you a space to talk about anything that may be bothering or troubling you. I will be present, listen to, and offer you my thoughts and reflections.
