Over my years in practice I have met, and worked with many wonderful individuals and couples. Many types of difficulty are rooted in some aspect of grief and loss and this will often, but not always, underpin the work I do with clients. I qualified as a Person Centred Counsellor in 2006 and this followed ten years in practice as a midwife. My training covers work with individuals and couples. I have also trained in workplace mediation, clinical supervision, coaching, and MBSR. I am MNCS (Snr Accred) and MBACP
