Whatever has brought you here, if it matters to you, it’s important to me.
My aim is to offer a safe and confidential space for you to explore at your own pace, in your own time. My willingness to be honest and real with you, whilst listening without judgement, are just some of the values I take into my work.
I’m a fully qualified counsellor, and as well as being an accredited member of the NCS, I'm also a registered member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy, working to strong ethical frameworks.
Life circumstances led me to my own experiences of personal therapy, and I have an understanding of how it can feel to be in the client’s seat. I’ve worked with more than one counsellor - it’s important to find someone who’s right for you just now.
I began seeing clients in 2018, and have always worked with the view that it’s the therapeutic relationship you and I co-create, my offering you respect, and valuing who you are right now, that is at the heart of our work together.
Sensations and movement in our bodies, along with our dreams, can give us insight, connection and self-acceptance when it's not easy to find words. I work in a non-interpretive way in both these areas, and only if it feels right for you.
