Effective person - centred counselling is largely dependent upon the relationship between client and counsellor. I understand how daunting it may feel to take the first steps towards counselling and that is why, during our initial, free telephone consultation, I will seek to put your mind at ease and answer any questions you may have as well as explaining what you can expect from our sessions together. My clients are always in control of what they wish to talk about and, with the relationship in mind, I offer a choice of 'walk and talk' therapy or home visits sessions for couples. I will walk alongside you during our time together, to help ease your mind and come to terms with your issues, ultimately to reduce your worries and free you to live a fuller, less anxious life.
