I have many years experience working in supporting roles both voluntary and paid and have specialist training and experience in areas of miscarriage and pregnancy loss, berevement, suicide, pain management and chronic illness and couples counselling.
I have trained as an Integrative therapist which allows me the choice of many counselling and psychotherapy theories which may best suit the client as an individual and their needs.
I enjoy working creatively using art and play therapies and also can work in a more directive and goal orientated way which can be useful for life coaching sessions.
My practice is based in a purpose built garden office room and is an accessible and comfortable space to work together. I also work via Zoom for those further away or who may prefer this way of working.
