I am an Integrative Counsellor. I started my journey supporting carers at the Carers Centre as a trainee. I then completed my training at the NHS adult autism and Neurodisability service, where I stayed for 4 years.
I then became a founding director/counsellor at The Counselling and Therapy Hub not-for-profit organisation with the aim of making counselling accessible and inclusive.
Qualified in integrative counselling with a person-centred foundation. This means I am trained in more than one method of counselling which is always client-led and client-focused.
I have lots of experience and additional training in Autism/Asperger's ADHD PDA and related Neurodisability/Neurodivergence. This includes supporting late diagnosis and how Autism and/or ADHD differentiate between men and women. I have plenty of invaluable personal experience in these areas and more.

I have counselled parents and carers of Special Educational Needs and Disability (SEND) and was a counsellor at Sheffield Carers Centre before joining a specialist NHS service for 4 years during and post qualification counselling Autistic adults.
Completed CRUSE bereavement Training.
Completed level 1 and 2 (level 3 soon) in Emotional Freedom Technique Sometimes called EFT or tapping therapy.
Completed Single Session Therapy (SST) training with Professor Windy Dryden.
Completed training in online and remote counselling.
I am creative in therapy which supports visual learning.
I can integrate holistic services into my practice if required (EFT/tapping therapy, mindfulness etc).
I am constantly training and learning.
