About my therapy practice:
Life's journey is filled with challenges, moments of stress, anxiety, and loss, and counselling serves as a confidential haven for navigating these experiences. As a Humanistic Integrative Therapist, I extend my support to various client groups and to clients of various stages in life. I can help address a diverse range of general needs through both online and face-to-face sessions while specialising in loss, bereavement, anxiety, stress, self-esteem, and depression. In my work I draw from a diverse social and cultural background and I am also educated to degree level in Philosophy.

What I can help with:
Anxiety, Depression, Anger, Bereavement, Abuse, Child Related Issues, Cultural Issues, Health Related Issues, Loss, Men's Issues, Personal Development, Redundancy, Friends and Family Issues, Self Esteem, Stress, Trauma, Work Related Issues.

Types of therapy:
Integrative Humanistic, including: Gestalt, Person centred, Transactional Analysis.

Clients I work with:
Adults, EAP, Older adults, Schools, Organisations, Young people.

How I deliver therapy:

Open Ended Therapy / Longer Term Therapy - Online and Face-to-Face:
Long-term or open-ended therapy is like consistently going to the gym for your mind and emotions. By progressing at your own pace, it offers the opportunity to engage in a deeper and more meaningful exploration of personal issues. Just as regular gym attendance maintains and transforms the body, committing to ongoing therapy allows individuals to build emotional growth, develop coping mechanisms, and achieve lasting positive change. This steady journey towards self discovery contributes to enduring emotional well-being and mental health.

Solution Focused / Time Limited Therapy - Online and Face-to-Face:
Additionally, recognising that each individual's needs vary, Time Limited / Solution Focused Therapy can also be offered for those seeking more limited solutions within a more condensed time-frame. Whether you're looking for in-depth exploration over the long term or focused support for immediate concerns, therapy can be tailored and accommodate your unique journey and preferences.
