I am a qualified Emotional Therapeutic Counsellor. My training has included Life Coaching, a diploma in Modern Applied Psychology and I am currently completing an extensive course in CBT. My interest in supporting others not only to be better but to become better started many years ago when I worked in a local special needs school and an personal event that changed my life and perspectives. It also led me to volunteer for the Samaritans.
