Having had many years experience I believe that a good counselling relationship, that is built on trust is pivotal for providing you a space to talk freely. You can learn about yourself, past experiences and have an understanding of your emotions and certain behaviours.
Together we can support you to heal.

As every person is unique, every way of working is too. I tailor therapy to the needs of the individual using the skills and techniques from Relational, Humanistic, Transactional Analysis, CBT and Psychodynamic, Mindfulness, EFT, EMDR and other trauma informed modalities.
I have a room in Richmond, which has free parking nearby, is close to bus stops and train stations. North Sheen, East Sheen, Mortlake, Kew, Barnes and Chiswick are all close by.

  • Qualifications & Experience
