Hello, are you feeling stuck and would you like to see things a little differently to gain a deeper understanding or increased awareness of your unique pattern of thinking or feeling? I’m Asifa and I welcome you.
I have 20 years of experience working in various settings in mental health, disabilities, military, and addictions. My clients have described me as an open, warm, compassionate, and authentic therapist.
Passionate about making a difference by being seen, heard, and understood, taking care of yourself, and nurturing the well-being of yourself and others in a non-judgemental, empathic, safe, and confidential environment.
I work with you in the “here and now”, whilst recognising the influence of past experience on the present and focusing on whatever issue you wish to bring.
As a registered member of the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society (NCPS). I follow their ethical guidelines. I’m currently offering short or long-term professional therapeutic therapy for young people 10+, adults, and couples via telephone or online.
I look forward to making contact with you and be more than happy to have a conversation with you to better understand in how I can support you. You don’t have to struggle alone.
