I am an experienced qualified adult psychotherapist, for almost a decade I have conducted psychotherapy groups and offered psychodynamic therapy to individuals within the NHS. I am a registered BACP psychotherapist, a group work practitioner and an Associate Member of the Institute of Group Analysis.
I have worked with a wide range of patients within the NHS with diverse issues. I employ different modalities of therapy including: psychodynamic individual, couples, family, or group therapy, and offer a short course of treatment or work in a longer term open-ended manner.
I provide a safe and confidential space for you to explore the challenges you face, develop a better understanding of yourself, deepen your connection to others and the opportunity to increase your capacity for creativity and enjoyment. I run my practice from two different locations, I have rooms in Primrose Hill and Marylebone. I also offer online psychotherapy via zoom or telephone sessions, so no matter where you are located you can access treatment.
