I am a person-centred integrative therapist working in Bristol, South Glos and the surrounding areas. I also work online. I apply theories, techniques and tools from various humanistic approaches like Psychodynamic, Transactional Analysis, IFS, Existential and CBT to meet the needs of the client.

I work in a person centred way and like to offer a safe space to my clients for them to explore anything they wish to explore in a non-judgmental, caring and relaxed environment. I believe that by talking your concerns through and seeing them from different angles you will discover ways of managing them more resourcefully or resolving them.

I work in a private hospital in Bristol and in an agency that offers specialist support to survivors of sexual abuse and sexual violence. I have also worked as a Well-being Advisor in GP surgeries in the South Bristol providing practical and emotional support to people with a wide range of issues.

• Qualifications & Experience

  I have a foundation Degree in Counselling from University of Plymouth with Distinction. I have also completed a number of courses to help survivors of sexual abuse and rape and to work with clients who present with suicidal ideation and self-harm. I have done an introduction to the Internal Family Systems (IFS) Model: Step-by Step Procedures for Healing Trauma, Anxiety, Depression, Addiction.
