Mandy is the Chief Executive of Bayberry Clinics, and also serves as Programme Director in the development of Bayberry’s pioneering psychological programmes. She provides specialist therapeutic sessions via a range of modalities. With nearly a decade of experience providing therapeutic treatment, she holds an MSc in Organizational Psychology, a first class honours’ degree in Psychology, and a Diploma in Psychotherapy. She was awarded a Graduate Certificate from Harvard University Extension School, Cambridge, MA, having specialised in the science of memory, biotechnology, philosophy and justice. She is an alumna of the 2019 cohort of the Transformative Technology Academy, focusing on novel technologies and neuroscience based solutions to support well-being, is a graduate member of the British Psychological Society, an international affiliate of the American Psychological Association, a registered counsellor with ACC, an accredited counsellor with the National Counselling Society and a Registered Test User (RQTU) with BPS for the delivery and interpretation of psychometric testing.

She is an advocate for public policy change and pioneering innovative services to support the wider community, attended parliament in 2019 as a contributor to the Parliamentary Review, the House of Lords in 2023 and is a founder member of the Leaders Council of Great Britain. Mandy’s original background was in the legal, financial and communication industries and she brings a wealth of experience to the organisation. A writer for over 30 years, she has also written several books.
