My aim is to understand how life feels for you right now - as you feel & understand it, so that we can work together to find a way to move forward. Therapy is a unique & personal thing. My sessions tend to use a combination of talking therapy and CBT, with a focus on finding the balance between our minds, emotions and physical bodies. We work at your pace and you choose the focus - which is likely to change from week to week as we move forward in understanding & you begin to feel change.
