The aim of counselling and psychotherapy is to create a supportive and caring environment where you can explore a wide range of issues safely.
First and foremost, I come from a position of support, empathy and respect, and adapt my approach to suit your needs and the issues that you bring. My aim throughout is to increase the self-knowledge and self-acceptance needed for growth and change to occur. By knowing yourself better you can become more of who you are, which is deeply healing in its own right. This deeper self-awareness can provide the foundation, from which important changes in your life can occur.
