I have lived with chronic illness since 2011 & this is my speciality. My own living experience of invisible illnesses with all of the symptoms that go with them enables me to understand your own experiences. I don't offer solutions or advice on how to 'get better', I simply help you to move towards acceptance & manage the emotional impact that living with chronic illness can have on us.

As a coach I support women to set up their online business. If you have chronic illness & need to manage time more effectively this is something I love to do.
