Counselling encourages using self-exploration by you, and what you would like to share. This approach sees you as the expert on your experiences of the world, and me offering things to help guide you through your journey. I understand it may be difficult taking the first step, and you might feel anxious about talking to a counsellor. I am very friendly, down-to-earth, and easy-going. I want to support you and make your sessions as relaxed and welcoming as I can.
Counselling can provide the opportunity to make sense of what’s going on for you, to make positive changes for you, and help you move forward in your life.
I am currently offering online and telephone therapy (Please see my website for more details)
I offer an initial free 20-minute consultation to see if this is the right fit for you.
